We are all Present Moment Yogis!

In the present moment, our mind is still and the mind chatter becomes quiet and stops. In this mindful place, we access our true state of being.

In our true state, our natural state, without the ego, we have everything.

But it is not always that easy to be present and it is difficult to quiet the mind chatter when we have busy thoughts of worry, anxiety, judgment and negativity.

The Bhagavad Gita reminds us:

“To master the mind is as difficult as to master the mighty wind.”

With that in mind, I’ve put together some ideas that have helped me to be present. My intention and my hope is that as you browse through these pages, you will find the quotes, stories, book selections and music I have shared to be helpful.

As the Buddha wisely said:

“The mind is everything. What we think we become.”
